Demolition
We use a variety of methods to minimize impacts during partial or complete demolitions of concrete structures.

For large-scale demolition, we use a jaw or hammer that is attached to a hydraulic excavator.

For small-scale demolition or to finish off a large-scale demolition, we use a hydraulic or pneumatic jackhammer.

We also do the scarification of horizontal or vertical surfaces by leveling.
Hydrodemolition
Demolishing without destruction: that’s what we offer with hydrodemolition!
As one of the pioneers in Quebec to use this technology, we use water jets propelled at a very high pressure (up to 40,000 pounds or 275 Mpa), enabling:
- The selective demolition of concrete
- The removal of waterproofing membranes, paint and contaminants
- The cleaning and preparation of concrete surfaces.
While reducing noise and dust, it preserves the concrete integrity, improves adhesion and ensures a safer working environment.
DECONTAMINATION (LEAD)
Banned today because of its harmful health effects, lead was often present in the paint used in buildings in the 60s, as it accelerated the drying process.
It is often recommended to leave the paint intact, but this is not always possible. It may chip, peel or deteriorate through normal wear and tear.

asbestos removal
