Our team renovated the facades of the residential towers by removing the exterior cladding and installing new masonry siding. We also reinstalled and replaced the fiber-cement panels and reclaimed steel cladding. The aim of this project was to correct any deteriorating conditions in the wood frame concealed by the building’s siding. For this project, we used four different types of cladding: 27,500 square feet of masonry, 14,000 square feet of fiber cement and 5,500 square feet of galvanized steel siding and enamelled steel panels.
